Today was a rest day from running. I got on the treadmill this morning and walked four miles to stay loose. I went on a walk during my lunch break to stay fresh and focused. Just looked down at my Fitbit and for not running today I have still logged 10 miles. I guess my rest days are only rest days from running / cycling…walking is part of my every day routine now.
Get out and put in some steps if you haven’t already today. I guarantee you’ll like it or at least it will let your mind wander a little…something we all need to do more of.
