Wednesday run – 3.48 miles

This mornings run was tough.  Still feeling the lingering effects of too much crossfit and golf on Monday.  I am happy with the 10:25 average based on pretty much not being able to move yesterday.  I spent a lot of time this morning stretching before the run so I could even get going.  I was able to keep a good pace and make it home in time to make the kids lunches…yes I was worried about that when I walked out the door with my legs being so tight.
