Started the morning with a 5K on the track at the gym. Ran it with an average of 9:46. That was my warm-up as my trainer put me through the paces this morning. I am really liking working out with a trainer once a week and as I told him this morning I am starting to feel stronger while running. Now I just need to get to the gym more on my own than to just run on the track. Seems I am more motivated to push weights around when someone is pushing me around…obviously something I need to work on.
I also walked into the pool this morning to figure out how many laps equal a mile…yes, I am starting to think about getting into the pool and swimming. I totally think I can do some form of a triathlon next year. Something to shoot for!
