This week I started out focused on speed, but ended the week racking up distance. In the last three days I have ran 15.7 miles, which works out to 5.2 miles per day. I have kept a steady pace with 10 minute averages and decided to kick the distance up.
I have hit another plateau with the morning 5K so I am going to look to increase my distances. I realized I can only get so fast doing the same workout everyday. I need to continue to build muscle with the help of my trainer and lose weight…both will help to increase my speed. I don’t plan to go crazy with distance (yet), but I have found I can run 5 miles and still feel good.
Getting close to my first goal of 225 lbs. It is kind of funny that now I am having more issues with clothes than working out…honestly I never thought I’d have to worry about that.
Decide to dominate!
