Saturday run – resolutions

The first Saturday of the new year at the gym is a packed house. All of the people with their resolutions are in full force. I have a ton of respect for these people because I used to be one. In two or three weeks there will be a few less and so on as the weeks go on. My hope is maybe this year will be different. I hope more people stick it out because it motivates me to see more people getting healthy. I won’t deny that I push myself to catch people on the track so more is better. Today I ran 5 miles on the track at a 9:47 pace. Not a blazing speed, but good enough to pass by a few of those resolutions today.

Decide to dominate!
