It took me about 30 seconds this morning to realize I wasn’t running outside…okay maybe 3 seconds. I jumped on the treadmill today and was able to get in 4.5 miles with a 9:20 average. I felt really good after taking Monday off from running and working with my trainer. I can tell I am getting stronger from the personal training sessions. While only 25 minutes a week it is really helping…it is truly the little things.
